• Preparing sales reports.
• Maintaining the service quality customer service standards library for the department.
• Developing a training programme to be used for local customers in line with the customer service strategy.
• Managing and developing weekly / monthly business reports and justifying cost / effectiveness.
• Ability in supervising, motivating and developing a team and programmes.
• Handling and swiftly resolving car dealers’ complaints in a professional and effective manner.
• Creating and introducing car dealer awareness and feedback forms with the most useful results.
Requirements:
• Have preferably worked in an automotive car magazine, with experience in advertising sales.
• Have established a good network of automobile businesses varying from auto dealers to any other services related to the industry due to previous work.
• Knowledge of using any CRM / sales software. Driving license
