Requirements:
> Applicant should be a Bachelor degree holder in Business Administration/Engineering/other related field.
> Minimum work experience of ten years in a similar management position for a large company is required.
> Should be able to speak fluently in English.
> Strong organizational, scheduling, and resource planning skills & leadership is necessary.
> Should be able to think strategically and laterally and maintain a broad perspective.
> Preference will be given to who speaks Arabic too.
Responsibilities:
> Direct the Metal Processing Division strategic direction, development, and future growth in alignment with the Company's business objectives and goals.
> Set sales and operational targets in alignment with overall division goals.
> Establish and maintain long-term relationships and contracts with key customers.
> Should be able to think strategically and laterally and maintain a broad perspective.
> Accountable for the Metal Processing division's performance against the goals agreed with the management.
> Develop the annual plan for the Metal Processing Division and regularly monitor the implementation and compliance to the budget to address any deviations.
> Direct the Metal Processing Division's strategic plans and implementation activities.
> Measure and improve the efficiency and effectiveness of all processes of the operations.
