Who can not only ensure achieving sales targets but also effectively deal with the other facets of the business of his region/territory, however same industry experience is not mandatory.
Job description
• Participating in tender/project and risk management
• Participation in sales negotiations, if required
• Achieving of set targets of the region with in a set frame of time
• To provide quality service to retain existing accounts
• Handle effectively all administrative, personnel and financial issues of the region
• Helping in TNA (Training Need Assessment) to HR
• Handling employee motivation issues with the help of HR department
Qualifications
• Should be able to understand managerial economics
• Must be a people manager
• Must have minimum five to six years experience in managerial position
• Must have good written & oral command of Arabic and English
• Must be B.Sc. Engineer or equivalent, certification and diploma in sales and marketing Management will be advantage
• Must have knowledge of Microsoft Office, Outlook, Internet Explorer.
