Job description
- To provide continuous leadership and involvement during the solution design and pro requirements from customers, focus on the integrated solution, pricing and contract clauses as a bid leader to make sure the integrated solution satisfy the customer's business and technical requirements and meanwhile be with the most competitive and profitable. Pose delivery process including but not limited to developing the overall project plan, designing overall solution, control project cost and risks, making RFP response and negotiating contract.
- To understand well the key requirements from customers, focus on the integrated solution, pricing and contract clauses as a bid leader to make sure the integrated solution satisfy the customer's business and technical requirements and meanwhile be with the most competitive and profitable.
- Good understanding one of the state-of-the-art telecom networks such as mobile network, fixed network or optical network.
- At least 3 years experience as a bid manager or R&D, technical support or similar position in telecommunication fields.
- To be an effective organizer with good interpersonal skills, and proficient in project management.
Qualifications
1- Work with the account team to manage account opportunities, organize and take part in pre-bid technical direction, respond to tender documents, produce bidding documents, negotiate the key issues with the clients.
2- To understand the project timeline and develop a project plan to meet the relevant milestones on time and steer the team to successful completion.
3- To prepare and present impressive bids/tenders which balanced quality and profit across all sectors from customer's requirements.
4- Handle the kick-off meeting of a bidding project.
5- Issue bidding guidance, including bidding plan, tender structure, tender templates, group contact list, etc.
