Description: Professionally managed company requires of Accounting and Finance Professionals
Roles and responsibilities
1. Ensure that there are appropriate and documented internal controls and procedures in place. Monitor the operation of such
procedures and controls and regularly review them to ensure that they reflect any changes in products, systems, policy and
regulations.
2. Review and reinforce the escalation of control exceptions within the department to ensure timely management and resolution
of issues.
3. Assist in Post Finance Go-live stabilization process including suspense clearing, reconciliation of settlement accounts,
etc.
4. Work with other Financial Control Departments for ensuring control over B/S numbers i.e. Fixed asset not commissioned
accounts, accruals, provisions & project accounts.
5. Assist in the development of policies and internal control structure for various processes.
6. Assist in reviewing of and reporting on control effectiveness and compliance to senior management.
7. The key accountabilities for this role include monitoring exceptions, identifying, documenting and testing controls and
making recommendations to rectify control weaknesses.
8. Maintain a strong relationship with colleagues in FIN and other departments of the company to develop and implement
policies and controls.
9. Expected to play a lead role in the identification and implementation of key initiatives that relate to system/ work flow
enhancements, accounting changes and centralization of the reporting processes.
10. A good understanding of the principles of operations, technology and accounting processes. Working experience of ERP
systems will be a plus point.
11. Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate clearly to the business and finance colleagues
12. Ad-hoc tasks and requests for information from the unit.
Desired Candidate Profile
The candidate needs to have Bachelors degree in Accounting with at least 2 years experience in the accounts filed. Fresher
will be considered & training will be provided.
Good communication skills, Strong Accounting capabilities and knowledge and Solid experience to financial analysis.
Education: Basic - Bachelor of CommerceMBA FinanceCAPGDBM
