Charterhouse is currently recruiting for an experienced Company Secretary for their financial services client based in Sharjah. Our client is a successful and secure regional organisation who has a solid and profitable client base.
Qualifications
The main duties of the role will include carrying out audits in compliance with the audit plan and professional auditing standards to determine the nature of operations and the adequacy and effectiveness of the system of control. Complete all assignments on time by managing their individual time, scheduling and assigning work as appropriate, and monitor the progress of fieldwork to provide customer service and satisfy management requests. You will report into the head of audit, with scope to move through the business.
You will be professionally qualified, CA, ACCA and / or CPA, and will ideally also hold the CIA qualification. You will also have at least five years post qualification experience within internal audit. It is essential that you have experience of working in an investment company or have experience of working within a big four practice auditing investment clients.
