Job Description:

A stable and growing International Bank is looking for 
a Regional Credit Review Manager to join their 
expanding Corporate Banking team in Bahrain.

The successful candidate will be responsible for 
ensuring good quality corporate loans and other risk 
assets, by evaluating the credit risk of new business 
and by the on-going risk review of existing assets.

Job Responsibilities:

• Liaise with the Economist to undertake 
portfolio studies of credit risks within a unit, 
industry or economic sector to control and evaluate 
risk on a portfolio basis.

• Provide structuring and risk guidance to the 
business units and work closely with the business teams 
in managing the bank’s portfolio of assets.

• Evaluate credit risk (financial, transactional 
and other) relating to new corporate business proposals 
as well as existing clients to determine whether the 
risk remains acceptable and authorize renewal of credit 
limits.

• Evaluate country risk (economic /political) to 
facilitate setting up prudent group country limits 
depending on business requirements as well as risk 
diversification/control.

Job Requirements:

• A degree in Business Administration or other 
financial discipline such as a professional 
Banking/Accounting diploma etc.

• Extensive experience of core banking (Corporate 
Banking/Credit) in the GCC.

• Strong accounting and banking knowledge with 
superior analytical/investigative skills.

• Fluent in English.
