* Candidates must be a B.Sc. in Metallurgical or Mechanical
   Engineering.

* Good knowledgeof of relevant API, ASTM, MACE, ASME and TEMA
   standards / codes.

* At least 5 years experience in the same field.

* Good knowled written and spoken English.
