Our client, a Leading Multinational Glassware Industry is looking for Cost controller for its operations. Job Specification The requirements of the job involve: Post graduate or bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance ability to prepare financial reports Ability to supervise and train employees, to include organizing, prioritizing and scheduling work assignments. Knowledge of computerized information systems used in financial and/or accounting applications. Ability to develop financial plans and manage resources. Employee development and performance management skills. Knowledge of software to quantify and illustrate complex financial reports, comparisons, impacts, and/or projections. Knowledge of budgeting cost estimating, and fiscal management principles and procedures. Knowledge and understanding of business management principles and practices. Skill in examining and re-engineering operations and procedures, formulating policy, and developing and implementing new strategies and procedures. Ability to plan, organizes, implement, and administer complex recordkeeping systems and procedure. Ability to foster a cooperative work environment. Knowledge of auditing policies, standards and procedures. Ability to handle multiple, complex tasks and meet deadlines.
