JOB DESCRIPTION

Required by a prestigious financial organization to join their expanding team in Bahrain.

Qualification Requirements:

•Degree in Business Administration and Management courses with specialized qualifications in HR or Management.

•At least 7 years of experience in the field of retail training with emphasis as a trainer, of which 3 years have been in management and supervisory capacity in a GCC financial organization.

•Must have background in customer service and stay abreast with the current developments in the fields of training & development.

•Good command over written & spoken English.

•Willing to travel frequently.
