JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

-Mastery in Fish Tikka, Fish Steak, fish Fillet, fried fish and other seafood dishes.

-At least 3 years experience of working in a high class restaurant as a seafood chef.

-Good knowledge and sense of using variety of spices and ingredients to raise a better taste in the cooked food.
