Applications are invited for the post of PROPERTY OPERATIONS & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER 

A leading Real Estate Development and Property Management based company in Abu Dhabi requires a well qualified individual preferably with Engineering background and local experience to manage its existing portfolio of mainly residential units in Abu Dhabi & Dubai. All round knowledge in civil & MEP works will be highly preferable. The ideal candidate must have prior experience in dealing with consultants/contractors & will be responsible for managing all existing real estate assets as well as upcoming development projects.

Skills:

Development of projects will include the initial design approval stage in coordination with the owner & project architect, taking necessary approvals if required from local authorities, negotiating with contractors and will also include all other related aspects during construction and handing over stage.
