A successful business organisation in Abu Dhabi, UAE in the healthcare industry is seeking for�individuals for the post of Senior Financial Assistant.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should be a Degree holder in commerce.
> Professional MBA / CFA certificate is necessary.
> Work experience of more than 5 years at a senior level is needed.
> Should possess previous experience in managing staff.
> Preference to UAE candidates and western educated.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Assist the Finance Manager in the company’s financial planning, debt financing and other budget management functions.
> Overseeing the preparation of both group and corporate annual budget.
> Inter-company account reconciliation.
> Monitoring of monthly revenue trends and investigation of significant fluctuations.
> Reviewing and monitoring of collections and receivables.
> Monitoring of corporate and group cash-flow on a monthly basis.
> Preparing reports for the Finance Manager and Finance Director on a quarterly basis.�
> Reviewing monthly variance reports for the corporate office’s actual results against budget.
> Investigating major fluctuations in the budjets and actual performance.
> Reviewing of company costs, pricing and profitability of service delivery.
> Liaising with the facilities and construction management division in the review and validation of project budgets.�
> Reviewing and validating reports prepared by the finance team.
