• Bachelor degree in either Architectural, CMI, Structural Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent related discipline 
• with a minimum of 20 years of construction experience, must have worked as a Construction Manager and handled prestigious I best quality and complex building (residential! commercial) projects worth more than U.S. $500M each, where an international Consultancy Company was involved; 
• must speak fluent Arabic and English; must have Middle East experience. 


Responsibilities: 

• Plans, manages, and successfully executes construction work from inception to completion; 
• leads the inspection of executed work and received materials to site to ensure compliance with approved technical submittals and contract specifications; 
• ensures adherence to the contract documents, specifications and drawings; manages the manpower and site construction management staff the equipment and plant requirements of the project; 
• controls construction activities, subcontractors work and production output; 
• enforces adherence to health and safety; and quality standards; 
• ensures that the work is executed within budget and on schedule; 
• collaborates with other members of the team to facilitate the technical and materials submittals;
• updating the master schedule; payment requisitions, etc.
