A multinational company in Saudi Arabia, involved in services for energy sector urgently requires Purchase Officer.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
> Applicants should be a graduate in Commerce/Business.
> Preference will be given to applicants with specialization in material management.
> Work experience of at least 5 years, preferably in Oil and Gas sector.
> Working in ERP like Oracle Financial.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
> Make sure that company policy on purchases are implemented properly.
> Identifying potential supplier.
> Receiving, evaluating, negotiating with suppliers and raise purchase order.
> Track and monitor the order confirmation.
> Check and process of Material requisitions and follow up with user departments.
> Visit suppliers facilities and company’s warehouses.
> Preparation of reports and statistics to analyze trend and support management decision-making.
