BATAWEEL Group has been existing in the food business since 1966. Currently, the company is involve in a strong expansion in the European Style Bakery Chain in the western part of Saudi Arabia. The chain is already operating twelve (10) units and two (2) mega units BATAWEEL Group is operating its own production facility with modern state of the art equipments. The group has also a division of importation and distribution which covers the entire Saudi Arabia.
Job description
- Maintain records of goods ordered and received.
- Prepare and process requisitions and purchase orders for supplies and equipment.
- Control purchasing department budgets..
- Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and procedures.
- Oversees all activities related to procurement of a commodity, from intent to purchase through delivery of commodity.
Qualifications
-University Degree / MBA qualification preferred
- Good oral and written communication, interpersonal skills and fluency in English and Arabic
- Good contractual knowledge
- Capable of working in cross functional teams
