- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
- Required skill(s): ORACLE/SQL, PL/SQL, UNIX OS, Unix Scripting.
- Preferred skill(s): Java/J2EE, JSP, XML/XSLT, Business Objects
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in the related field is required for this position.
- OCP would be an advantage
- Knowledgeable on at least 1 coding language, including the ability to write pseudo code & algorithms.
- Has excellent communication skills
- Can work independently or in a globally dispersed group
- You will design and develop Oracle based custom applications, interfaces, reports and data conversions including functional and technical design and documentation. Developing new workflow and/or modifying existing workflows in either an Oracle Application or pure Oracle Technology environment.
- Required tools/skillset: PL/SQL, ORACLE Reports, ORACLE Forms, Java
- Good SQL skills with experience in developing RDBMS applications
- Good understanding of relational database design and normalization
- Resolve service requests raised by customers according to defined processes and within set timeframe
- Ensure quality of deliverables by adhering to project standards
- Coordinate with teammates and other teams in resolving issues
- Provide regular status reports.
