Our client, a global Middle East based insurance companies is seeking highly qualified Head of Medical Services to join their team in Qatar. The successful candidate will be directly reporting to the Country Manager.
Responsibilities:
• Overlook implementation of dashboards related to network management.
• Handle reconciliation, negotiations and international cases inbound and outbound to / from Qatar.
• Visit medical providers on regular basis to insure a proper understanding of doctors’ guidelines and medical policies.
• Visit and supervise in-patient cases; investigate client’s complaints against providers and take necessary steps to promptly resolve matter.
Requirements:
• Intermediate knowledge of CIRIS, Excel and Word, proficient in English and Arabic.
• Must have the ability to communicate inside and outside the company; strong analytical skills.
• At least a General Practitioner diploma with 3 years experience in medical insurance in the insurance sector in the GCC.
