A leading Middle East based global real estate company is looking for a CEO of Real Estate to join its vibrant team in Bahrain. The ideal candidate who reports to the Board of Directors will be responsible for looking after the existing business, growing new business as well as financial structuring. 

Responsibilities:

• Performance monitoring, reporting and planning the business.

• Develop and manage both residential and commercial real estate projects.

• Source projects and deals with international companies, local partners and others.

• Hiring and training of staff to manage, negotiate, grow and close Real Estate portfolios.

• Evaluate deals and investment opportunities based on defined criteria and recommend the Board.

Requirements:

• MBA in Finance is essential, though additional professional certifications such as ACCA/CIMA/CA/CPA/ CFA will be an advantage.

• At least 7 years in a similar position in the real estate industry in the GCC.

• Banking background is essential.
