• Review and approve the contractor's proposed Quality Plan
•  Inspect works at site or direct the inspectors for proper inspection and provide comments on the inspection requests
• Review and reply the contractor's RFI's
• Coordination between all parties for the various technical matters
• Maintain continuous inspection of works at site and issue the necessary Remedial Notes for any defected works observed at site.
   

• B.Sc. in Civil/structural Engineering
•  
• Minimum 10 years relevant experience, last 2 years of which with the Consultant.
•  
• Preference given to those with Gulf Middle East experience.
