A well established boutique interior design company specializing in hospitality and high end residential projects is looking for a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join its dynamic team in Bahrain.
Responsibilities:
• Perform risk and value analysis, monthly project progress valuations as well as cost control.
• Establish a system of financial control for reporting and forecasting cost against allowances.
• Produce accurate Bills of Quantities and perform quantity cross checks as and when required.
• Prepare detailed claims for payment and ensure all claims are fully documented with supporting details.
• Ensure quality management systems requirements are included within the sub-contract agreement.
Requirements:
• At least 10 years quantity surveying experience in interior design and decoration industry in the GCC.
• B.Sc. in Quantity Surveying.
• Fluent in English.
