ASSISTANT SPARE PARTS MANAGER

* Experience in maintaining effective control of stock to maximize profits, minimize obsolescence and achieve target inventory terms.
* Creates and implements sales merchandizing, advertising and promotional plans.
* Maintains a high level of good housekeeping, cleanness and safety within the department.
* Ensures parts availability / proper mix in line with vehicle sales numbers, service department requirements, retail, wholesale, fleet and government requirements.
* Develops and maintains good relationships with manufacturer, local business customers, trade representatives and other members within the company.
* Experience in disposal channel of problem inventory is a plus.
