Job Description
For a multinational company in the Oil and Gas sector. You will be responsible for running the company payroll for the region, maintaining personnel records, preparing contracts, salary review, compensation and benefits, training and development for over 300 staff in the Middle East.
Qualification Requirements
The successful candidate will be Degree educated and have experience working in an HR and Payroll Admin position, preferably in an Oil and Gas multinational. Preference will be given to those candidates who have experience using the ERP system FOCUS and have worked in the oil and gas industry.
