Job Description:

Our client, a Middle East bank is looking for a 
Head of Human Resources to join their growing team 
in Bahrain.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare operating budgets for the HR function and 
monitor expenditures against budgets.

• Establish service level expectations with 
departments for the delivery of HR services. 

• Assist management in developing HR policies based 
on business requirements and best-in-class 
practices.

• Interpret applicable laws and regulations, 
including Bahraini Labor Laws for the HR Function.

• Communicate HR Policies and Processes to all 
employees and conduct training workshops on 
specific policies and processes.

Qualification Requirements:

• Degree in Human Resources Management / Business 
Administration.

• At least more than Eight years of experience in Human 
Resources Management in the banking, financial 
services organizations or investment management 
marketplace in the GCC.

• Familiar with Bahraini Labor law.
