Job description

We are seeking a Personnel Supervisor for our construction project sites in Saudi Arabia.
The Personnel Supervisor will report to the Project Manager/Director on-site and will also report to the Personnel and Human Resources Managers at Head Office.
Must have experience and knowledge in Saudi Employment and Labor Laws, and Social Insurance (GOSI).

Skills

- Candidate must be experienced in the construction sector. 
- Must be fluent in Arabic and English 
- Ability to handle personnel relations, concerns, and problems 
- Previous experience with a large number of personnel (more than 1, 000) 
- Must have a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related disciplines.
