A reputed firm invited applications for the post of Sales Coordinator cum Admin Assistant.

Key Performance Areas include the following : 

• Monitoring of Logistics - Early identification of problems and prompt 
problem resolution or early escalation to management. 
• Minor procurement of products involving stock control, stock costs. 
• Management of Travel Bookings and Expense Reporting 
• Data Capture & Record Keeping 
• Assisting with the Preparation of Annual Budgets, Presentation 
Materials, Brochures etc. 
• Office management including transmission of emails, faxes and 
phone calls including stationary stock control. 
• Control of office cleaners.

Skills:

Required Competencies: 
• Well presented person. 
• Ability to communicate comfortably in English is essential. 
• MS Office Word experience essential. 
• Sound experience in MS Excel essential. 
• PowerPoint & would be advantageous.
