Job Description:

Al Rashid Group, part of the Landmark Retail (Owning brands like

Centrepoint, Home Centre, Max, EMax, etc., is one of the largest Retail

Group in Bahrain and Middle East), is looking for a Brand/Business Manager

for its lingerie brand – SARAH.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop the Brand strategy.

• Business planning & execution.

• Inventory planning & Management.

• Market & Competition research.

• Enhance Brand identity.

• Manpower planning & hiring.

• Commercial performance of the Brand.

• Brand Merchandise planning & product selection/development.

• Develop Marketing plans in line to the Brand’s growth strategy.

• Identify business opportunity in GCC & expand footprint of the brand.

Qualification Requirements:

• Degree from a recognized University (post graduation is

definitely an added advantage but not a necessity).

• Experience of a minimum twelve years, of which the last three to five years

should be in a Senior Management position in a Retail Organization.

• A strategic thinker with commercial acument

• Exposure in the GCC market / region.
