Job Details:
-Develop business plan and sales strategy
-Direct annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas by projecting expected sales volume and profit
-Set upstrategies,monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand.
-Keep up good business relations with current and existing clients, and expand the customer base by identifying potential clients.
-Meet financial objectives by forecasting requisites
-Preparing annual budget and scheduling expenditures
-Managing, developing, coaching and motivating personnel to achieve team and company goals.
Requirements:
-Must hold an Engineering Degree (Mechanical/Chemical)
-MBA is considered as a plus
-At least 5 years senior managerial experience in the Middle East / GCC.
-Excellent managerial capabilities
-Be a smart and presentable
