Job Details:
Main Job Duties include:
-Assist the Demi Chef de Partie or 1st Commis in the daily operation and work
-Perform according to the menu specifications by the Chef de Partie
-Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of the main kitchen
-Maintain work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to rules
-Control food stock and food cost in your section
Requirements:
*Previous experience as a Commis 2 or Commis 1 in a 4/5 star hotel.
*Good interpersonal and customer service attitude-skills
*Clear knowledge about menu items
*Knowledge and skills of food handling
