Job Description To lead, plan, oversee and control the legal activities and coordination between internal users and external lawyers, making recommendations by using expertise and most cost effective practice and providing critical information as required. • Draft, review and manage contracts and follow up applications with Government entities, courts and Central Bank •Responsible for formulating and implementing the business policy and legal strategy and supporting plans ensuring input into the overall business strategy and direction. •Provide legal and legislative expert advice to key stakeholders and internal departments and acting as a point of contact on regulatory issues and business policy best practices locally, regionally and internationally.
Desired Candidate's Profile
Profile •Degree in Law •8-10 years of progressive relevant experience •Bi-lingual English / Arabic •Previous experience in the financial industry, with knowledge of Sharia principles •Detail Conscious: Focus on detail, likes to be methodical, organized and systematic Thorough knowledge and experience of Central Bank and UAE laws.
Education Basic - Bachelor of Laws (LLB) ( Law )
Nationality Any GCC National, Any Arabic National
