Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelors Degree in Business Administration I 
Human Resources. 

• Minimum five years experience as Human Resources 
Manager in a leading multinational organization. 

• Ability to guide arid manages the Human Resources 
services, policies, and programs. 

• Ability to originate and lead a High Performance 
Working Systems and Culture. 

• Strong Communication Skills. 

• Excellent Command of English. 

• Highly Motivated and Self-driven. 

• Working effectively with others. 

• Saudis are preferred or has transferable lqama.
