Job description
Set sales goals for each employee monthly and discuss MTD progress daily/weekly as needed
Allocating territories (geographical areas) for each sales representative to cover sales target.
Identify sales prospects and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
Supervising, motivating and monitoring team performance
Provide daily feedback to General Manager Sales concerning Sales, Operations, and Personnel
Qualifications
A team player with excellent interpersonal, organizational, planning, strategy and problem solving skills.
Ability to communicate well and effectively (bilingual) both verbal and written.
Ability to work independently. Process and result oriented with proficiency.
Be able to communicate effectively to all employees and train effectively with great results.
