Job description
1.Develops and maintains of information technology policies and procedures manual to assure the standards relative to an overall strategy to provide an appropriate degree of standardization.
2.Plans for the acquisition and deployment of needed resources and/or technology solutions based on the business needs to ensure strategic planning are aligned with the company’s management vision.
3.Ensures continuous, stable, and reliable operation of the network infrastructure (hardware, applications, network, services, etc).
4.Manages and maintains a powerful supportive interface with company's departments and branches using automated application system appropriate for supporting departmental activities; facilitate communication between users to develop information sources for meeting individual departmental computing needs.
5.Conducts performance analysis, system tuning and regularly review capacity management and data storage policies to ensure IT needs as per agreed budget and resource IT team.
Qualifications
• Management experience preferably as an MIS manager.
• Minimum five years experience.
• Strong proficiency in business processes and business systems preferably in a big environment.
