-Implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards
-Resolving the arised problems
-Implementing changes whenever required.
-Completing the audits
-Identifying trends
-Drive and achieve budget sales and average spend target
Requirements:
-Minimum 4 to 5 years of experience in a similar role.
-Knowledge in Restaurant and Food Hygiene standards.
-Good English communication skills (Arabic is a plus point).
-Excellent leadership skills.
