Requirements:
Applicant should have 3-5 years of experience and qualifications in F&B Accounting.
Job Duties:
Costing of restaurant and bar menus & banquet events.
Analysis of sales and cost of sales for each outlet with supporting commentary.
Prepares reports on any inventory discrepancies.
