Right now, JESCO is in the formation stage and expected to be operational by 2009. Located in Jubail Industrial City – Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and will produce 400, 000 of Seamless Pipes per annum.
Job description
Analyses the product specification and threading process, prepares drawings for threading, rough machining, swaging of each product and also for the necessary tools gauges, overlays, protectors etc. Issue Work Instructions, Inspection manual, inspection forms and reports. Provides technical support and training. Evaluates threading performances. Participates to development of new connections with better performances.
Qualifications
Engineering Degree in Metallurgy. Mechanical with 5 years in Threading of OCTG (especially casing) both API and premium connections, coupling shop, very good experience in CNC, gauging, inspection, indispensable good Autocad knowledge - including 3D. FEM is an advantage. Very good computational skills and mechanical designing knowledge. Excellent knowledge in the machining process.
