Requirements:
*4 to 6 years of experience in the same field.
*Strong organizational, General Management and interpersonal skills.
*Strong work ethic with confident & has strong personality.
*Proficiency in handling diverse tasks all together.
*Analytical and problem solving skills, honest trust worthy and respectful.
*Be fluent in English language.
*Excellent computer skills.
Job Duties:
• Arrange and coordinate meetings and conferences within company and with clients.
• Maintain the general filing system and file all correspondence.
• Type confidential documents on a word processing system.
• Provide word-processing and secretarial support.
