Qualifications

Degree in Civil or Quantity Surveying with 5-8 years experience in the Pre-cast Industry is a must.

Experience in pre–tenders, assisting in negotiations involved with post commercial issues, prepare cost reports and contracting matters for civil projects including knowledge of tender & construction drawings, preparation of bills of quantities (BOQs) and collecting quotes from the suppliers & sub contractors are all prerequisites for the job

Experience in the Pre-Cast industry is a must.
