Credentials
Minimum of a higher diploma or an equivalent combination of education.
At least 5-7 years experience in secretarial and administrative field.

Description
Draft letters reports and correspondence and perform other administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the Sector from an administrative perspective;
prepare and forward memoranda to personnel in the various divisions and sectors and act as focal contact;
Receive queries and explanations, if any, on behalf of the Executive Director, and co-ordinate with the concerned personnel in ADEC to provide necessary clarifications;
Schedule appointments for and on behalf of the Executive Director, arrange business meetings and coordinate the administration for arranging bookings and travel tickets, and record minutes of internal meetings conducted by the Executive Director;
Provide information to callers, take dictation, compose and type correspondences, direct calls to appropriate officials and place outgoing calls on behalf of the Executive Director;
Greet and receive visitors of the Executive Director, inform the Executive Director and ensure that the required attention and hospitality is provided to the visitors;
Ensure the Executive Director incoming and outgoing mails are handled promptly and efficiently;
Perform other tasks related to the administration function as they arise and as delegated by the Executive Director or the Office Managers.
