Job Description:
Qualification Requirements:
• The ideal candidate will have an MBA and a Bachelor's degree with a demonstrable�successful track record in sales and marketing.
• The ideal candidate will also have a comprehensive knowledge of telecom products and�services and a strong network of contacts within the business sector in Bahrain.
• Sales prospecting, relationship building, effective presentation, influencing, negotiating�and the ability to close sales.
Leading telecommunications operator requires a dynamic Head of Sales to drive and take�responsibility for the delivery of sales and revenue targets.
Job Responsibilities:
• Plan and implement the strategy for sates and customer retention.
• Make sales calls, prepare contracts and correspondence with clients and suppliers as�
and when necessary.
• Supervise the implementation of promotional campaigns and liaise with technical and�operational staff to ensure that the business is well prepared for handling increases in traffic�as well as any related complaints which may occur.
• Manage any other activities required to ensure that the business has an effective�Sales & Marketing department and which makes a maximum positive impact on the business.Qualification Requirements:
