The plant imports iron ores, the primary raw material, mainly from Brazil. The Grate-Kiln technology is used for pelletizing the iron ores. As part of pelletizing process, the ores undergo drying, grinding, balling and indurating process stages. Quality of pellets produced is checked at every process stage, to detect abnormalities, if any, in time. GIIC takes utmost care to protect the environment.
Requirements:
* Diploma in Personnel / Business Administration or equivalent
* Membership of Institute of Personnel Management desirable
* Attended various training courses / seminars on personnel issues
* Excellent command Over written and spoken Arabic & English and communication skills
* Minimum 5 years of strong supervisory skills in Personnel /H.R. Department of a medium size organization.
* Very good knowledge of local labour laws, local and overseas recruitments, onboard formalities, salary and benefits administration, eemployees time and attendance and employee welfare.
* Computer literate
