Job Description:
PA / EXECUTIVE SECRETARY - Ras Al Khaimah. A newly
-formed holding company in the Emirate of Ras Al
Khaimah seeks a well-experienced PA / Executive
Secretary to work for its Senior Executives. The
selected candidate will provide administrative
support and will work closely with the group’s CFO
and HR & Admin Director.
Qualification Requirements:
• Strong efficiency and punctuality;
• Appropriate educational qualifications;
• Proven previous professional experience;
• Ability to communicate with all key personnel
(internal & external);
• Excellent MS Office and PowerPoint presentation
skills;
• Excellent command of English – both written and oral;
• Good organizational, customer service & multi-
tasking skills;
• Ability to work on own initiative and tight deadlines;
• Very good telephone acumen and control;
• Understands confidentiality issues and the use of
discretion.
