- Preferably Bachelor Degree or Diploma with 2-3 years similar               experience.
- To provide assistance to 
secretaries and provide support to    administrators, department staff or any other assigned personnel.
Excellent written and spoken English.
- Excellent 
interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge 
of MS Office package and should have the aptitude             to learn new packages.
