Customer Relations Executive

Ensuring efficient and optional functioning of all front office activities, such as registration, check-in and out of hotel guests. Handles mail, messages, parcels and faxes for in-house guests.

Requirements

• 1 year experience in Reservations or Front Office
• Well presented
• Excellent communication skills (English is essential, preferred Arabic)
Self-motivated and able to manage with strong initiative Can work under pressure on shifting schedule
