A multinational company is looking for a Head of HR and Operations.

Requirement:

BASIC JOB REQUIREMENTS:

  • University degree in, preferably with emphasis human resources/economic
  • 8-10 years experience, international/multinational professional services firm background 
  • Experience in leading an HR and operations team
  • Familiarity with local labour laws preferred
  • Familiarity with HR strategic questions
  • Hands-on experience with core HR processes
  • Fluency in English
