•Must have a Bachelors Degree.
•MBA in HR Management preferable
•At least 5 years of HR Management experience
•Extensive knowledge of HRM best practices, international HR standards and Kuwait Labor Law
•Excellent PC Skills (especially in Excel, PowerPoint and reporting software)
•Excellent communication skills, oral and written in English and Arabic
