JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirements:

*Should be capable to manage SHOPPING MALL having occupancy of 260 SHOPS     and to have knowledge in Qatar law in this filed.

* Should be capable to implement & monitoring housekeeping systems, security        systems, control of utilities, Catering, maintaining hygiene of the Mall etc.

* Must have a perfect knowledge of marketing, sales and development and attract       shoppers

* English speaking and knowledge of Arabic and other regional languages is an          added advantage.

* To be able to setup mall roles & regulation accordance with company policies          procedures & prevailing law

* Minimum experience of 10 years in managing the big SHOPPING MALL of reputed    companies / organizations.

* GCC experienced candidates preferred among that Qatar experience will get            weight
