Requirements:

#Applicant must be efficient in cost analysis & expense control, cross functional project management, sourcing & purchasing practices, handling of negotiation & contract, effective cash flow management, continuous development on risk mitigation, vendor management & relationship, review of materialspecification & (sub) contract terms/conditions, reviewing approved vendor list, develop new sources and assessment of techniques to measure performance & quality of supply, involve in capex & budget requirements / process, guide team towards continuous development, coordinate with functional team & vendors to serve the procurement support aligning with key benefits.
