Job Description:

= Engineering Degree in relevant field.

= Minimum of five years experience.

= Provide classroom Training to new ATI graduates

= Production Operators, or/and Trainees in general in Company.

= Provide on the Job Training to ATI graduates Production Operators, or/and Trainers in general in

Company, and develop them to become competent in accordance with the competency based training methodology.

= Prepare and conduct Specific Gap Elimination Program (SGEP) to cover any gaps/shortfalls in knowledge for the trainees.

= Review, upgrade and prepare training materials and modules in accordance with approved policy.
