Job responsibilities:
1) Personal file maintenance.
2) Visit/employment visa, Agama, exit re-entry, final exit & health cards process.
3) Disciplinary proceedings.
4) Telephone & Electricity bills payment process.
5) Purchase / maintenance of Telephone, Fax, Photocopier, Office stationery etc.
Qualification requirements:
We are looking for a Graduate aged around 25 years with three to five years of previous experience, to be based at our main office in Al Khobar to handle administrations.
�Driving license & Arabic speaking would be an added advantage.
Candidates with transferrable Agama can only apply.
Salary will be commensurate with the experience.
